Can we get a bug fix on Garen yet?

It sucks total ass to play vs Darius and have this bug happen almost every game. Not only are you at an inherent disadvantage because Darius just counters the shit out of you, his W and E both have the chance to immobilize you because of this bug.

Also Garen still has the bug that instantly procs statik shiv and fleet footwork at the beginning of his Q animation, and even with 100% crit chance, will not allow either of these procs to crit.

Not saying I use either of them, tbh I'd probably use statik shiv in some builds but since it won't crit on Garen there really isn't a point regardless.
