New mutation of the stun bug in Patch 5.8. Hell, now it bounces back!

Same basic reproduction steps.

1: Have a Dark Sphere from Q. 2: Use Scatter on it into multiple targets. 3: For the most part, works as intended. CC can and will selectively ignore random targets when hitting more than 2. No rhyme or reason.

Syndra's stun is kind of a buggy mess right now. Sometimes it'll just go through the enemy, sometimes it'll hit an enemy nowhere near the Dark Sphere, and sometimes it'll try to get back to Syndra for vengeance.

It definitely needs to be looked at, hopefully sometime soon.
