[Gameplay] Vi gets stuck charging Q if she gets grounded while charging it

Today I was playing Vi against Cassio. A time or two when I was grounded by her miasma while charging Q, I'd be unable to activate it even after I left the miasma, which means I couldn't attack or cast abilities either. I'd have to just wait for the charge to expire.
