"Attempting to Reconnect" bug

I think this bug's getting worse, it's happening to me more frequently. For a while I was able to just deal with it because it usually took until 20 or so minutes to hit, at which point it means I might die, but now it's affecting me as early as five minutes into a game, which means I die, sometimes feed first blood, and proceed to be uselessly behind all game.

I'm wondering if maybe we post enough of these topics Riot will stop ignoring the problem.
