Jhin Champ Select Bug
just got into a lobby and someone on the other team selected jhin and his champ select voice line didn't play.

I also find out that if someone bans jhin, it's sometimes doesn't allow people to lock in. Or continue a ban if he was banned prior. It's happening 1 out of 3 of my games. Not sure if it's fixed yet but it is an issue. i've had to go through 2 wait times cause i wasn't allowed to lock in or ban
