[Champion Select Bug] champs are scrambled and missing

[reposting from the pbe boards since i put this in the wrong section] i was playing in the NA servers ranked queue with my friend today and when it became my turn to select a champion, my champion select screen looked like this: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/92799340/pbe/champselectscrambled.png all of my champions were scrambled out of alphabetical order, there were random empty slots and i couldn't scroll down all the way to see the rest of my champs, so many were missing. i'm not entirely sure what happened or how to recreate it, it only happened the one time and hasn't happened since.
