Loading Game when creating custom games.

I'm sure its either just me or just me being picky but every time i try to create a custom game i have to wait about 20 seconds for it to say "retrieving data from server" but my internet is fine, and the servers are running fine when attempting to join a matchmade game. Also, this problem is fixed for about a day after a new patch comes out, but then does this again shortly after. If this is normal please tell me and call me an idiot, but if anyone else gets this and wants it fixed plesae upvote :D Thanks guys ^_^
