Reported this last patch. Takes a good minute and a half for it to load in. It even plays the sound effect and all of that stuff saying that it was done loading but I still see a black screen with a big L.
I'm having the same issue, upon leaving any sort of game it takes forever to load. As well, recently my client never connects to the game the first time after champ select and I have to exit the game client to reconnect, causing the insanely long load time to happen and thus I join a lot of games late. I can't play ranked because of it.
