[GAMEPLAY] Mecha KHa'Zix E particles are absent.

the jet engine particles are completely missing, this bug is like a year old and I'd like to know if this was intentional or not? You can check literally any stream or gameplay video or professional game since patch 3.11 or so, missing entirely.
