[GAMEPLAY] Brands E not doing dmg, not applying blaze and going on CD bug
As you guys can see, I E the taric but he doesnt gets ablazed my E goes on CD and I lose 80 mana.
I've never had this bug where I cast E and it does not apply dmg nor the blaze and going on CD while the target remains in vision. Taric ulti shoulnt block applying blaze stack, only the tick dmg from blaze! I should still be able to stun taric during his ulti but that should not deal dmg. Now E does have a bug where this can happen, but there the target has to leave vision, during cast time. Please fix Brands bugs some of them listed here:
DISCLAIMER: The passive circle is coded as AOE, even for the one who has the debuff, thats why they dont get hit in untargetability which is kinda lame. It should be single target for the primary target and AOE for everyone else, kinda how E used to work.
