GA bug

I never bought the full priced GA since preseason so I'm assuming this is a bug with the discount GA obtained from Inspiration. The CD on the item doesn't match the actual CD. When you see the CD number disappear after hitting 0, it usually means the item is up but in this case, you will notice that the GA particles do not appear until much later after the timer hits 0. And if you die before the particles appear, you die for real even when the CD is supposedly done on your items tab.
