Sion's Q would sometimes reactivate by itself.

I'm pretty sure I wasn't stunned or silence, I was only doing my normal jungling solo. And when going to the next camp and started ramping up my Q power, it reactivates itself and does a slow damage instead. Was this a common current bug now or something?
