Nautilus ult refusing to fire

I just tried ulting a Twitch about 7 or 8 times in one fight, ult is CLEARLY off cooldown and nothing happens at all. It just does... nothing.

I had recently used it, and it seemed like too short a cooldown. I used it while dying, so maybe that's the bug? Either way it just cost us the game. GG Riot.
