Sion's Q and R.

I play Sion a whole lot, but in the past 4 games I've as Sion, a strange bug has appeared. The bug is that his Q and R stop working. At all. I tried rebinding them, I tried clicking on the ability itself, but nothing, I repeat, NOTHING, works.

I would appreciate any help, and if Riot could please take a look at this. I just don't understand. I would love to play Sion again! Thanks!

I've tried to spread it as much as I can, works for me everytime just put your ablitiy as quick cast use it once then take it off and it works just fine,

This is happening to Vi with her Q as well. If the previous method doesn't work, try leaving the game and logging back on again. (It works for me)
