[GAMEPLAY] Sions Abilities

So, let's get one thing out of the way: I LOOOVEEEE Sion. He is probably one of my top 10 most favorite champions in the game, with amazing abilities and passive. But, in the past several games I've play with him, something happens, and it has made me stop playing Sion compared to how much I used to. The bug is, at **5-20 **minutes within the game, his **Q and R just stop working **altogether. I've tried rebinding them, I've tried clicking on the ability icon, leaving the game and coming back, but NOTHING works. I am not the only one with this problem. Many other players that play Sion have said to me IN GAME that their abilities stop working, and not specifically their Q and R. Once somebody's W stopped, and once every ability but their Q stopped working. Riot, this is a huge bug that inflicts one of the best champions (in my opinion) in the game. Please Riot, I beg of you. Fix Sion
