Aram Bug

A bug keeps happening where when you join an Aram, you sometimes don't see anything, it just shows a black client, nothing else, you can see your group chat, and your friends, but you cant see the chat for the people you got matched up with, you can't see the champ you got, or your runes or masteries, and it forces you to dodge the match getting a penalty because who the hell is going to play a match not knowing what champ you got, or if you even have the right mastery page or rune page for that champ...

Riot, please fix this... you penalize people for dodging, yet there are bugs like this that force people TO DODGE.
