Key bindings

My key bindings do not match up with what is graphically represented on my screen

for example items slots 1,2,3 are labeled as 1,2,3 on my screen even thou the actual binding is a,s,d (these are the ones that work) but then items 4,5,6 are shown as there proper binding f,g,h. its the same for my summoner spells its shown as the default bindings on my screen even thou the actual binding is z,x

ive had this bug for a couple months i dont remember which patch caused the issue to start with but i just assumed it would be fixed since it hasn't i decided to report it. its not game breaking more of just annoying also i tried to fix it by unbinding and then rebinding my keys it didn't work.
