Champion VO Bug

Hi guys. When my teammates play champions that have lines for when they place wards, I hear the line no matter where I am on the map. For example, Azir might place a ward in top lane, and I, hanging out near dragon, will hear a loud and clear "Trust in my vision". So far this has happened with Azir, Twitch, and Cassiopeia, and it's only been happening since around the start of patch 6.8. Thought I'd let everyone know, even though it isn't super major.

EDIT: I looked over Sion's VO too, and I just realized I've been hearing his voice too when he's placing wards even though I'm not playing him in the game.
