[GAMEPLAY] Framerate drops after this patch

I have latency issues at champ select and severe framerate drops in game (especially with Dragonmaster Swain).

It's even affecting the login screen. The game is getting to be unplayable, and I don't want to throw any games if I can help it.

I'm experiencing this too - yesterday was fine, no issues. I updated and the client runs so slow - and champ select/in-game are near unbearable. This has been posted/talked about enough to warrant a response/resolution.
