Missing Champion Capsule

Just leveled from 66 to 67, the rewards screen popped up giving me a chest for the event, first win of the day and a capsule for leveling. 99% sure I didn't open the capsule and it's not in my loot, restarted the client and it's still not there.

I don't really care too much about the capsule, I've got plenty of BE and nothing I really care to spend it on right now, but if this is happening to player who are leveling up from like 3 to 4, that's really bad.
