Rune Pages Disappeared

I have played 3 games today. In the first two games all my rune pages were available and I was able to select my go-to's. However upon choosing my Champ in the third game I noticed the only pages I had available were the default ones. I quickly remade another page and barely finished before the game started. While I can remake the pages I really would like to know if this is a temporary bug before I dive deep into all of them again.

Any insight that can be provided would be appreciated.
