Waiting for eternity

Can someone please look into why it's taking SO LONG to get into queue? I think i just lost LP because i was waiting for 5+ minutes to join champ select.

So is anyone gonna work on this or should i just consider this a loss? (im extremely angry atm so rudeness isn't meant)

gonna time this 4:59 started new queue and hit accept 5:03 NOTHING SHOWED UP AND I WAS KICKED FROM QUEUE

5:07- "active game not found", got an alert that said that i was removed due to not responding to the prompt, when i did it INSTANTLY

5:10 found another queue 5:14 kicked for not picking a champion 5:15 finally heard the sound that indicates that i clicked play 5:16 restarting computer
