Character uncontrollable, but everything else is moving.

There are times when I am in a game and my character will no longer be under my control. No matter where i click they cannot move or do any actions. But everything else around me is moving at the same speed and my ping will be under 80. Then the reconnecting message will pop up and after a few moments movement comes back. This is honestly game breaking and I don't believe it has to do anything with my internet. As all other online games are able to be played fine and without any issue.

some of us have to close the client and reload the game every time this happens. It's unplayable atm

Yeah, keeps happening even after I reinstalled the entire game. This is so game breaking because I can't ever do shit the moment it occurs. Fix it already.
