Pantheon / Soraka bug

This isn't a bug. It has to do with how Soraka's zone applies its silence. Now im not sure on the specifics but it works in ticks like a normal pool ability, creating gaps where people can jump out of it. The one which seems to happening the most is with zhonyas. If the silence is placed under a zhonyas champ then the person has a split second to jump or dash out right as the zhonyas ends and before the silence kicks in. This isnt an issue most of the time because the silences would overlap, as long as you get hit by one tick of the silence you will be unable to cast anything to get out.
