Blasted smite

I have found two glitches with blasting smite

1. If used on minions near a champion, blasting smite will do, be it very small, damage to the champion, even though it isn't supposed to
2. Don't know if this was intentional, but the smite says that you will gain health and mana back from smiting minions, but i have tried, and it doesn't work
