Yasuo's Wind Wall blocks Vladimir's healing from reaching him

I have gone top against Yasuo as Vladimir a few times how, and while his wind wall does not block my "q" from doing damage, every now and then, the wind was will stop the healing blood, that comes from the q, from getting to me, not allowing me to heal. The q isn't a projectile attack so i wouldn't think it should do that, but maybe the secondary part of Vlad's q is considered "projectile" in the code. Like i said, not sure this is a bug, me misunderstanding how wind wall or Vlad's q works, or Yasuo being a more relevant top laner. Just letting you guys know of something ive encountered that just doesnt seem right.
