Small Bug Champ Select. Not sure if it can be reproduced

Ok so my brother is playing and asked me to post on his behalf. He picked Karthus and when the skin choices popped up, he decided to change spells which caused his whole champion select to turn a darkish blur.

He got salty a little but i told him to be quiet [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

edit: Happened again, reproduce by changing spells at skin select. he had to log out after first game finished and did the same thing again, got the same errors lool. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

edit: he cant click anything but the chat still displays.
