[Patch 7.24-Visual] Placing the mouse on the border of the minimap will make the screen tremble

Started these patches. Most of the times when i try to vision bot or something i place the mouse on the border of the minimap. When i do so now the screen trembles continously (entire botlane, top nexus to bottom nexus).
