Yorick Ghost's Bug

When Yorick summons Ghost using his abilities,They don't attack instant if they are far from the enemy,they need like 0.5 second to start attack enemies(minions). I dont know if this is a bug or they are just like this. If it is a bug fix it please,And if it is not please tell me
