Beta client says I don't have enough IP to buy 410 ip runes, when I do

I am trying to buy the Greater Glyph of Attack Speed for 410 IP. I have 414 IP but it says I don't have enough. Not sure why that is. When I had 824 IP a second ago, I tried to buy two of them but it still said I didn't have enough IP. It let me buy one but now I can't buy another one. Thanks!

Im having the same problem I have 5212 ip and want to buy ori who is 4800 ip. I tried logging out and back in but not luck.

its happening to me as well no matter how much ip i collect i cant buy any champs i really wanna buy vayne but for almost 2 weeks it keeps saying not enough ip when i have more than enough Vayne
