Game Stuck in ARAM Chamipon Select [CLIENT]

After the timer runs out in champion select to proceed to the loading screen, I have been stuck at least twice in it. I can send chats in the chat box, but of course, everyone else has proceeded to the login screen. Then I exit and I am warned and hit with the 'dodging' penalty when I leave and try to reconnect.

I have no idea how to reproduce it although it may have occurred due to me opening up a browser page on my second monitor while waiting for the timer in champion select to tick down.

Maybe programming a REAL client from scratch would actually work :/. Hire or someone plz. This is just one of the few problems I've had with lock ups, freeze ups, etc, in this game. Honestly, there's no excuse for this game to have the client it has.
