Can't leave Clash team
We weren't able to get together a full group so we broke up. However, the team still shows even though it's disbanded, and it won't go away from the top of the friend list, nor can the team conversation in chat be closed.

Restart the client and it should be gone.
Did you click the X right next to the lock in button on the bottom of the clash tab? If that does not help you can try and Submit a Support Ticket to Riot.
