HELP. Pressed Launch but login screen is black.

This problem started right after patch 6.4 finished updating. I have not been able to login once since then. I press Launch, the next screen appears black except for the blue bars at top and bottom with the X and - buttons usable, no login screen though.

I know this is a common issue but before you redirect me to some forum with a list of fixes know that I have tried all of them, I think.

I have reinstalled and used the built in patcher repair multiple times. I have run as administrator, changed the "run in compatibility with" settings, changed my resolution below 1600, restarted my computer, reinstalled the latest versions of Adobe Air, Adobe Flash, NET Framework, reinstalled League to a new location, deleted lol_air_client then repatched, deleted other files and done the same, etc etc.

I have tried EVERYTHING. Someone please help, nothing has worked I've been going through forums for hours trying to fix this.

Incapable of submitting a support ticket because the Riot support website is broken and won't let me log in soo... this is my only option.

I am STILL having this problem. I have tried every fix that Riot support, the forums and common sense can provide. Updating to the new patch changed nothing. Please, please, someone help me. I can't get to the login screen.
