Is it my keyboard???

Or is it something with recent patches? Sometimes I will click an ability or an active like protobelt and... it wont register. It has something to do with doing it quickly or something? cuz flash protobelt not working for me. The worst champion on this for me is evelynn, her q just stops working no matter how many times i push it like it is so frustrating so i just stopped playing her actually. Sometimes there would be an enemy with like 50 hp left and i need a q and im running under tower spamming q but it wont go off. The q shows that it is in range but the push will not register...so triggered when i die cuz of something like this lol. Anyone else have a problem like this? I wonder if its the game or my keyboard. I think its the game because if i push enter while im unable to register an evelynn q it will put a q in chat,,, but wouldnt riot have caught this problem by now?
