[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai's Queen's Wrath goes on a longer cooldown when it runs out while burrowed

If Rek'Sai uses Queen's Wrath, but doesn't auto all three times (the timer still ticking to auto), then burrows, Queen's Wrath will have a longer cooldown than intended when she unburrows.

1. Use Queen's Wrath.
2. Use Burrow while Queen's Wrath is still active.
3. Unburrow a little bit after Queen's Wrath expires. I waited 3 seconds after Queen's Wrath expired, and when I unburrowed, it was on a three second cooldown, even though it has a 4 second cooldown. http://plays.tv/video/5a40a92d3aa99ef59b/reksai-bug
