Poppy's Q has no cap listed against epic monsters.
Yet, the cap must be literally "zero" because it legit does only 120 total damage to baron... that's 60 damage right away, and then 60 more damage after the delay finishes. It's literally not enough even to tickle the Baron.
Amazing that nobody seems to have noticed this, I guess nobody cares about Poppy much these days. Please fix it, Riot.
Her Q doesn't have a cap...But Baron itself does have a cap for %hp damage against him.
Yea I noticed a few weeks ago that it never said anything about her Q having damage cap vs monsters in the tool tip, yet her Q does 140 damage max to baron.
Just another example of riot not telling us something important in tool tips.

Someone else mind explaining how the damage reduction works? I could only hit baron for 310 with barons gaze. 13,500 hp 120 armor (-55% phys) Q did 591 damage +8% max health 591+1080 =1671 -55% phys from armor -50% baron's gaze that should at least cause it to deal 375 damage, right? Why was I losing 65 damage?
This is more about understanding how the damage reduction system works than poppy being bugged. It's close enough that I think it's probably not broken.
