Garen and Vi bugs

Usually you can q a turret or inhibitor with Garen, however, I am unable to q the nexus. Sometimes, if I auto attack the nexus long enough, I might be able to get a q on it, but other than that, Garen just stares at the nexus for the 4.5 seonds.

Sometimes when I play Vi, her q just won't work. You can spam it all you want, and it will not activate. This usually lasts for 5 minutes.

And lastly, when you try to turret dive someone as Garen, and you charge at them with your q, and if they go near their turret, they don't get silenced. Garen doesn't attack them. He attacks the turret. I've played Garen many times, and this always has happened to me. Yesterday, someone told me that that happens to them too. So this bug would be basically be like Garen being taunted by the turret.
