Bug: After respawn, Nautilus Ult shown falsely as off-cooldown

Playing as: Subterranean (aka Dumptruck) Nautilus

What Happened: Got caught by the enemy team, used my ult right before death to kill their Ekko (worth); the ult completed nearly at the instant of my death. After respawning, the ultimate ability portrait wasn't grayed out or showing the timer (indicating when i could use the skill again), to all appearances looking like i could use the ult, when i could not. I could only use the ultimate again after the next time i died, then it was working properly.

I haven't had a chance to attempt to replicate this as i am at work.
