Unable to read champion's ability info when selecting a champ
Just wanted to know those small little infos of a certain champion, but the info won't pop up when I mouse over it. Can this be fixed soon please?

as a player that is still learning champions as i go, this has greatly hindered my ability to adapt reasonably (or at all if i've never played the champion before) in selecting appropriate masteries/runes in aram. i would like to see this fixed as well since, if i've never played the champion before, i dont have time to read full descriptions of 5 abilities and THEN determine my mastery layouts. that may not be entirely true, but the quick summaries in tooltips i got from hovering over the skill icons allowed me time to customize things without being in a panic about it.
