My friend just lost lp because riot is too lazy to fix standard bugs

The bug of "lock in" button not working. Like wtf. This issue was reported here and there for more than a year. People where experiencing it. now it is even more of it happenning. you are the company that earns the most money out of all gaming companies yet you refuse to fix optimization issues and basic game/client bugs. This is a shame on a level that shouldnt be even possible. A group of high school students would be able to develop a client with less bugs and more stable than your developers. SHAME ON YOU RIOT. All this sht you do and still bugs like this are not getting hotfixed nor fixed at all for so long.
