[GAMEPLAY] Arclight Vel'Koz decided that Arms are for nubz

Arclight Vel'Koz had no arms for some reason. Was pretty cool being a floating head for a bit.

Anyway the cause for the glitch seems to be tied to disconnects. My internet has been flimsy recently and it disconnects me pretty much 5 times a game. What happened is that I was killed DURING one of these DCs as Arclight Vel'Koz. When I came back to the game (without returning to the client to reload, just letting the attempting to reconnect message sit there) Vel'Koz respawned with no Arms. Not too sure if I need to come back before he re-spawns for it to occur but this has happened to me 3 times so far, each time due to a disconnect death.

This seems to be a client side bug as none of my teammates reported seeing me as just a head. It also gets fixed if Vel'Koz dies a normal death. Was fun playing like that though.
