8.13 full of bugs..

after i got the you are offline bug i restart my pc and reboot the wifi again and went i open my league my game back to patch 8.12 and the game want me to update and i must wait for than 2 hours to update and after that all i get is -3 min and it keep running and didnt even stop and all i get is still 8.12 patch the game want me to update and ETA 0 min
