The Trundle didn't build himself a lick of AS; top that off with a warden's mail he couldn't make much use of all that Lifesteal. But more importantly, the turning point was the WW ult. With a well timed activated W, he was able to push the Trundle under 50%, giving him a permanent W and it's all downhill from there.
