Fiora ultimate bug

Whenever i shift+R (non instant cast) on an enemy champion the ult goes on cd without doing anything. I've only tested it when facing a , and i just turned it on instant cast after it happened twice in a row. Hope this gets fixed cause it cost me my lane and life 2 times. Please comment if you have experienced this and up-vote to get this fixed
