Super Bug

So, theres a bug in the game that makes champions suddenly pause when moving. Its only for a small moment, but it often leads to a death when you're trying to run away and all of a sudden your champion just stops running. I noticed the bug started at the same time of the server move, so RIOT if you could please look in to this.
