Unable to select a champ in the champ select [Client]

I have tried to play several games tonight. Several times during ranked, I will be waiting for my turn to pick and someone else will get stuck at 0 seconds. It will not change. They will not switch to me or to the next person. After frantically trying to select anything, I get kicked back to the main page and I get a dodge penalty. Has cost me several league points because I cannot get into a game. I believe I am at negative 10 points B3 at no fault of my own. Please fix this problem Riot.

Can riot do anything to return my league points? Theres no reason I am this low when I didn't do anything wrong.
