I have lost several games and many promotion series to this bug.

I am in champ select. I am waiting my turn to pick. Looks like someone is going to dodge. Again. For the 12th time. Okay. I can wait til next game. Here we go.Then I see, that persons timer is at zero and has been for a minute. What? Then I realize Im bugged again. I frantically start hitting buttons, switching champions. Anything to avoid dodging. Im in series again! Why always in series?!? Nope. I have level the pvp.net server. And now I have a dodge timer. Again. And I fail my series. Again. Over and over again. Why does this keep happening? And why is no one from Riot addressing this? Ive searched the forums and not a single red post acknowledging that this is even a thing. Just several posts with people complaining about it. Why?

They wont fix the afk leaver problem. Now they are making ME afk during champ select. This is the wrong direction.
