Champ Select stuck at zero

am In my promos. Queued up for a game. Ready to pick. Hit my ban. See my adc pick Jinx. Cool. Wait, its stuck at zero. Is she dodging and not locking? WAit. Im still at zero on her. Wait. Its been a minute now. Shes still at zero. Oh no. Its happening AGAIN. The game catches up with 4 seconds until I dodge, That's fine, I pre-selected my champ, ill be okay. Oh wait. It wont let me press lock. So I dodge. ANd now I have a loss on my promos because Riot cannot figure out this bug and refuse to even acknowledge it.

Please. Someone at least respond. Tell me you care. Or don't care. Anything. The video above is not me because I was not recording. But he had the same thing happen to him.

I dont understand why its fair that I lose my promos because Riot refuses to do its job.

What I said is accurate. Just because Riot wont do anything about it doesn't make it less accurate.

I looked online and i didn't find any solution to this problem. Ive dodged at least 3 times in my promos and lost at least 50lp because of this (I'm clearly not the only one) and it haven't been fixed since season 6 started. Some people say "its your internet" but it clearly isn't because i don't have any ping issue in-game and in any other thing.

Its not my internet. Its not your internet. Its Riot. Its happened to me at several places several locations and on several ISPs. This is riots issue and its their problem to fix.
