Patch stops at 33%, redownloaded the game, update fails, Bugsplat occurs and PVP.net kernel

Stops working. Meaning, League of Legends is failing to work on all accounts of my end and several other users. (probably thousands)

Patch .522, not 5.22 is more like it.

Don't exit it. That's where it takes track of all of the files... simply wait through it.
