Karthus Q Glitch

SO I was just playing karthus and I realized, I could place my Q outside of the range it showed. However it dealt no damage. I was a little confused,

Its more of a ghost bug. It doesn't really effect game play... nor will anyone else see it. Its been there for a very long time... Again, since it doesn't impact game-play its not on their "to-do" list
